Currently, orders may be placed via fax, email and phone. Please fax orders to: (713) 645-3618. You may email your orders to: orders@spectrumuniforms.com, Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM (Central Time) Orders received after 5:00 PM on Friday and on weekends will be processed the following business day.
What form can I use to place my order with Spectrum?
All incoming orders must be placed on a Spectrum PO form or your official company purchase order. When ordering via phone, please have the following information available available for your Spectrum Sales Representative:

Is there a Minimum Quantity requirement?
Spectrum is proud to offer one of the lowest Minimum Quantity specifications in the industry! Please remember that orders placed directly with Spectrum require a minimum quantity of 12 pieces. Spectrum will, however, accept orders with quantities below the specified minimum quantities and a non-refundable surcharge of $7.00 will be added to your order. Terms and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Price discounts are based on each style or volume orders.
Does Spectrum Provide Samples?
Spectrum is happy to offer samples of our products at a 25% discount off of Silver Level pricing. Due to the deeply discounted price structure, samples are non returnable may not exceed 20 pieces. Orders of one of each style, size and color will be considered a sample order; and Spectrum will include up to 6 copies of our catalog and a swatch card with each sample order. Additional catalogs may be purchased at $1.00 each. Please contact your Spectrum Sales Representative for more details.
Does Spectrum accept credit cards?
Spectrum recommends that you place your order via credit card to ensure the fastest possible processing of your order! We currently accept Visa®, Master Card®, Discover®, and American Express®
Does Spectrum accept Net Terms?
Net terms may be available to customers who complete the credit application on our web site. Granting of credit terms will be at the sole discretion of our Accounting Department and add additional days to the processing of your order. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on all balances beyond established terms.We reserve the right to revise or revoke credit terms without prior notice. Please remember to order frequently from Spectrum, as dormant Net accounts may revert to new applicant status. Despite previous purchase history, reverted accounts may be subject to credit minimums, processing or reapplication.
What is Spectrum’s policy for returned checks?
For each check that is returned for NSF, Spectrum will apply a $30 surcharge to the account.
What is Spectrum’s policy for payment disputes?
Please direct all communications regarding disputes of debt and restrictively endorsed checks issued as payment (in full) of any disputed amount to our Accounting Department at accounting@spectrumuniforms.com .
Does Spectrum have a pricing policy?
Spectrum is a manufacturer of apparel and promotional items and supplies products to distributors and wholesale outlets across the globe. All prices reflect cash or net terms and are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when your order is placed. All prices are FOB Houston, and wholesale to the trade and require a valid vendor’s license or resale certificate.
Can I change my order?
Orders, once entered into our system, cannot be changed. Similarly, we cannot add to orders that have already entered into our system. If you require additional items, you must place a new order. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
How soon will my order ship?
Please remember that pending credit and payment approval, orders placed with Spectrum take 24-72 hours to be processed and shipped unless otherwise specified. If your order is a custom order, please remember that your order will ship 7-10 working days after your artwork has been approved. All custom orders require prepayment. Orders are shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise requested, and freight, handling, and insurance, are added to each invoice. All goods are shipped FOB Houston.Any claims for goods damaged in shipment must be made with the freight carrier. Please call for priority orders.

What happens if my order is short?
Spectrum takes pride in a state-of-the-art warehousing system and staff. Each order is processed, picked and checked before shipping to the customer. Please report shipping discrepancies to the Customer Service Department within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Please remember that it is the customer’s responsibility to identify the shipment information using Spectrum’s Invoice number for that specific order. During discrepancy research, there will be a $10.00 surcharge added to every order that has not been identified, or in which correction s or changes must be made by customer service. This charge will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card on file; and you will be notified via phone, email or fax by your sales representative.
What is Spectrum’s policy on exports?
Goods imported to the U.S. from other countries may not be eligible for export to some countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to work with a freight forwarder for all export orders and to confirm documentation requirements so that those goods can be released from Customs at their final destination. Spectrum is not responsible for providing documentation or information that may be required to export goods purchased from other countries.
Does Spectrum drop ship?
Spectrum is happy to provide drop shipping services to our net, credit card or prepaid clients at the low cost of $3.00 per box. Please remember that when goods are shipped to 3rd parties, it is the customers’ responsibility to inform the 3rd party of the exact goods to be received. Spectrum, under no circumstances, will communicate or mediate with our client’s customer.
Please remember that drop shipped goods must be inspected and verified for accuracy before alteration or decoration. Spectrum accepts no liability for discrepancies on orders shipped to an address other than the invoiced account, or for decorated, altered or washed garments.
Does Spectrum offer blind drop shipping?
Spectrum is happy to provide blind drop shipping services, blind shipping and private label shipping to our customers per written request and at a low fee. Many of our customers appreciate having merchandise shipped from us with their return address marked on the package (or without,) because it helps to protect their product source. Please remember that it’s the customers’ responsibility to check the garments before applying any decoration or customization. Alteration (printing, dyeing, washing, embroidering, etc.) or use by you, your agent, subcontractor or designer will constitute acceptance by you of the order and condition of the goods. Spectrum will not reimburse for any decoration costs on defective or mishipped goods; nor accept returns of drop shipped or blind shipped items that have been washed, decorated, discontinued, or otherwise altered.
Can I return my purchase?
Qualifying returns and exchanges are accepted with a Spectrum issued RA form. Returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging and condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for shortages must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment. Spectrum is not liable for shortages on drop shipment orders. Alteration (printing, dyeing, washing, embroidering, etc.) or use by you, your agent, subcontractor or designer will constitute acceptance by you of the order and condition of the goods. Spectrum will not reimburse for any decoration costs on defective or mishipped goods. Returns of washed, decorated, discontinued, otherwise altered or closeout merchandise will not be accepted. Spectrum will not reimburse for any decoration costs on defective or mishipped goods; nor accept returns of drop shipped or blind shipped items that have been washed, decorated, discontinued, or otherwise altered.
To return goods to Spectrum:
1. Email returns@spectrumuniforms.com to obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Service department within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
2. Returned goods must be accompanied by a Spectrum issued RA form, packing list, original invoice, and return authorization number. Please remember to post the RA# on the outside of box; otherwise your package will be returned at your expense. Credit will only be issued after inspection of the returned merchandise and approval by the Spectrum Accounting Department. It is the customer’s responsibility to return items to be inspected and approved for credit.
Return authorization numbers are voided if the merchandise is not received within 30 days of issue. Non-defective, unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, changed or cancelled orders are charged a 20% re-stocking fee, plus freight. Non-stocked or special ordered merchandise cannot be returned.
